Patients who have attended a check-up and clean at our practice during the promotional period can enter by completing an entry form at our reception.

Whitening is not suitable for every patient so if you are not clinically suitable, . Teeth whitening is a cosmetic treatment and may not be suitable for everyone, so a dental assessment is required to determine suitability.
