What you can expect next

We are at the early stages of planning for the future of Royal Randwick. There will be no changes to the Centre and its operations in the short term.

Dexus has a strong commitment to being a good neighbour. As planning for the site progresses, we will continue to work with neighbours, tenants, customers and the community at every step of the way.

We anticipate that preparation, lodgement and assessment of a planning application will take several years, before construction can commence. During construction, we will continue to communicate regularly, while managing impacts through best practice approaches.
