Exhibition
Body maps are life-sized body images that are created by drawing, painting to represent people’s experiences and their worlds. Body mapping is a way of telling stories about care and social inclusion. This exhibition transforms personal narratives into visual expressions, fostering social inclusion and community connection through shared experiences.
Step into a transformative artistic experience this June. The Black Dog Institute presents six life-sized body maps created by navigating mental health changes and disability.
Each hand-crafted cloth map tells a unique story of challenge and triumph, inviting you to see mental health through a new lens.
